Union Pacific No 844 is a 4-8-4 steam locomotive, built in 1944, was originally numbered UP# 8444. This locomotive served until 1959 and began restoration in 1960 and has appeared in several films, also leading ceremonies multiple times for Expos, World Fairs and the Cheyenne Frontier Days.
