The snow blowing off of Swan Mountain. Once heavily wooded, the mountain rises to the southeast above the Dillon Reservoir near Frisco, Colorado. Mountain pine beetles have decimated the pine forests, leaving the landscape an orange sea of dead Lodgepole Pines.
